Saturday Rant…Civil War is Here

With the horrific assassination of Political activist and Conservative Christian, Charlie Kirk, the message is clear…Civil War is here.

And it should come as no surprise because Democrats have been encouraging violence against their political opponents and their supporters for years.

As a result, Conservatives have become a hated class.

 

 

 

 

And because Charlie Kirk was a Christian, we have Holy Rolling Rob (HRR) with us today giving his $0.25 worth (adjusted for inflation).

Hi James. Like many people today, I just can’t express my grief over the senseless murder of Charlie Kirk.   And I believe this is the unofficial beginning of Civil War in America today.

Tragically, this is mostly because Democrats have been stoking the fires of hatred for decades.

Anyone remember how Biden said, “Trump parrots Hitler”?

And later adding that MAGA conservatives were the “largest threat to democracy.”

And let’s not forget Hillary Clinton calling conservatives a “basket of deplorables” and suggested imprisoning conservative voices for spreading propaganda.

Another Hillary favorite (stated in 2016): “You could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. Right? The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic—you name it. … He has given voice to their websites that used to only have 11,000 people. Now how many millions?”

All I can say is thank God Trump won that election.

But my point is Charlie Kirk is a victim of the vicious rhetoric that’s been forced upon us from leftist politicians and an equally corrupt and vicious media.

Unfortunately, millions of people believe the rhetoric played on a loop across every media platform.

Divisive politics has caused a near civil war in America.

 What’s worse, the left has been encouraged and permitted to act out violently in support of their causes from the George Floyd Black Lives Matter riots – that burned down cities – to the calls to burn down Tesla cars over ties to Elon Musk.

Freedom of speech is also a concept.

And now it is dangerous to voice conservative viewpoints. Conservatives genuinely fear retribution for voicing their opinions with good reason.

Charlie Kirk bravely represented conservative beliefs, co-founding Turning Point when he was 18.

He visited college campuses to engage in thought-provoking dialogue and political discourse.

Agree to disagree.

And he was murdered for it.

 

As expected, Democrats like AOC used his death to promote repealing the Second Amendment, urging gun control.

And the US House of Representatives proved that they are unwilling to end the violence.

During a moment of silence for Charlie Kirk, neither Republicans nor Democrats could contain their anger and erupted into a shouting match.

Yes, James, Civil War in America is now front and center.

At the same time, I believe we have also entered the 3^rd “Great Awakening” in America.

James, you have written about the 3^rd Great Awakening in the past and I hope you continue to write about it and how it will re-shape America again.

And hopefully people will turn this senseless violence, against a young Christian Soldier, into a productive means to get America back on track.

And at the same time, this is a reminder that we must be doing something right to have someone (or some newly created AI police) go to the trouble to shut us down last week.

It’s also a reminder that we are in a war.

And the first casualty of war is always the truth.
