Sunday Funnies, If You’re Not Offended…

Welcome back to this week’s edition of the Sunday Funnies where just three days ago, the politics of “inclusion” officially took precedence over quality of work.

Wait! What?

Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre appeared to argue Thursday that the performance of White House staff and the Biden Administration should be judged on race, gender and sexual preference.

This begs the question: “How many people are actually good at their job?”

Jean-Pierre: “The Cabinet is majority people of color for the first time in history. The Cabinet is majority female for the first time in history. A majority of White House senior staff identify is female and a record 7 assistants to the president are LGBTQ+.”

“So again, this is something that the president prides himself on,” she concluded.

Prides himself on?

Wow!

If this doesn’t tell you how twisted/perverted politics have become then you shouldn’t continue reading our Sunday Funnies.

And, no, you can’t make this stuff up.

Sad to say this makes you wonder if Ms. Jean-Pierre is familiar with this famous quote:

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”

Ironically (or NOT) this affirmative action clown show in DC is just about the opposite of what Dr. King dreamed about.

Seriously, if this keeps up, we wonder how long will it be until they try to rename it the People of Color house?

And the public reaction is…

And we could argue that the biggest racists are those who actually hire people based on color of the skin.

But let’s get back to the Funnies.

At times we get criticized for our funnies being “Not Funny” but more politically motivated.

And that may be true to an extent.

But, then again, if the increasingly bizarro world we’re living in continues unchecked, it will become more acceptable and/or normal.

However, what we’re seeing in real time is NOT NORMAL.

So, as long as they openly mock us, we don’t feel the least bit bad about mocking them.

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

And that’s precisely why we publish the Sunday Funnies.

You see, we use our funnies/memes/cartoons in an effort to counter the madness and frustration that accompanies Turbulent Times.

Because when it’s all said and done, we all need to laugh every now and then.

Why?

Laughter is good for your soul.

And it’s healthy to be a bit silly…especially in the face of fear mongering, medical tyranny, and especially the threat of WWIII.

It’s all the more reason why we won’t apologize…especially if our Funnies just happen to hurt some Progressive/Socialist/Communist/Globalist’s feeeellwwings.

And please remember:

The Sunday Funnies are not just about our nations bizarre state of politics/finance/beliefs.

It’s about awareness of what’s happening in the world that we choose to poke fun at.

And, if our funnies/memes/cartoons/etc. provide you with a laugh or two – and/or open your eyes to some stark realities – then we consider that a victory.

So, when things tend to get a bit overwhelming, we believe it’s best to remember that Humor is Waaaayyyyy better than Hatred…which is contrary to what the world wants you to believe.

And we hope you see the Sunday Funnies as a refreshing oasis in the middle of a parched, dry, and increasingly dark world that we’re living in.
