Small Potatoes or War Propaganda?

And hiding the truth is a tactic used by both sides in War Propaganda, such as:

• Propaganda: Governments and groups use lies to justify conflict

• Distortion: Facts are hidden or changed to maintain public support.

 

 

But to label something as serious as war with a “Small Potatoes” certainly belies the truth.

Cue Up:  A reporter asking Trump about war…

Reporter: Can you explain to the American people, if this is not a war, what exactly is it?

Trump: A lot of people don’t call it a war. I call it a military conflict because it’s small potatoes for us. It’s not a big thing.

Not a big thing?

Is that how you also described the incineration of 159 Minab school girls in Iran?

And what about the 18 U.S. bases that were scratched off the map?

Were they “Small Potatoes” too?

Enquiring minds want to know if Trump’s original label of “Operation Epstein Blackmail” …Oops… “Operation Epic Fury” also falls under the “Small Potatoes” category?

Because the 30+ claims of the US won the war somehow doesn’t jive with reality.

 

More War Propaganda

 

In a twist of irony, Trump’s daughter-in-law recently entered the war propaganda chat.

Lara Trump asked Scotty Bessent what was his message for the midterms. Scotty responds by claiming that oil prices could drop to $40-$50.

We think he maybe meant ‘rise’ instead of ‘drop’.

Or maybe that’s what his husband meant.

Because Scotty’s recent policies are turning the Petro-dollar into toilet paper. *

And the only way we see oil going to $40-$50 is if they unleash another fake pandemic.

But don’t rule that out either.

Because, especially in war time, propaganda is the perfect answer to the phrase, “Desperate Times Call for Desperate Measures.”

So, unless you blindly believe the medias’ coverage/propaganda of the wars in Iran and Ukraine, we strongly recommend you do NOT short oil at this time…or any time in the near future.

In fact, based on the ongoing drudgery of wars, energy and commodity stocks are the areas we like most.
