How to Survive an EMP

If you don’t know what an EMP is, take this email as a wake-up call to help you survive an EMP.

An Electro Magnetic Pulse (EMP) can shut down the entire electric grid in the blink of an eye.

We’re not talking about the EMP’s that naturally occur from solar flares.  We’re referring to one that is caused by a nuclear detonation several miles up in our atmosphere.

It’s more dangerous than weapons of mass destruction.

Because instead of killing thousands (or millions) of people, a controlled EMP will disable most of what we depend on every day.

Question:  What happens when you suddenly have no electricity?

Think about no heat or a/c, no communication access, no smartphones, tablets or computers, no electronic chips in cars working? etc.

You see, we no longer need conventional wars to destroy or immobilize a nation.  Any country dependent on electricity (or OIL) for survival becomes helpless if attacked by an EMP.

Survive an EMP?

Here’s the $64 Billion-dollar question.

How well prepared are you for an EMP?

If you are like most people, the answer is a resounding “HUH?”

This email is not meant to freak you out.  It’s meant to increase your awareness of possibilities that most people don’t even think about.

Oh!  By the way.  As far as your investments are concerned, without electricity, we have no markets.

It’s that simple.

But let’s go back to some basics. And let’s forget about TV, phones, computers, etc.  The important question is “How are you going to get water and/or food?”

Combine that thought with the coming food shortages resulting from the nightmare (that we’re not hearing much truth about) in the Middle East, and you can’t help but wonder what’s next.

To illustrate this point you must understand one basic necessity for society to function normally.

It’s called Energy…mostly from Oil.

And, thank God we have a huge amount of Strategic Oil reserves in America.

But we don’t have any “Strategic Reserves of Fertilizer.”

Huh?

That’s right. None, Zip, Nada…

And without fertilizer we quickly run out of food.

Because fertilizer is dependent on petroleum products in order to produce and transport food.

Are you starting to see how everything is connected?

Everything.

We realize this all sounds a bit freaky.

However, when you consider all the countries that have nukes (that can also be used for an EMP attack) can you afford to NOT be prepared?

In our upcoming issue of Simplifying Wall Street…In Plain English, we’ll show you how to take everyday activities and convert them into simple survival steps to help you in the event of an emergency.

And share this with a friend…especially if they don’t know what a “Prepper” is.  They’ll thank YOU later.

And tell them:

We’re Not Just About Finance

But we use finance to give you hope.

“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
