Good News for Good Friday

The markets are traditionally closed on Good Friday in honor of Easter Sunday.

And although there hasn’t been a lot of uplifting news lately, it seems we have some good news for Good Friday that’s worthy of celebration.

Yesterday – Holy Thursday – Environmental lawyer Robert F. Kennedy Jr. filed a statement of candidacy with the Federal Election Commission, positioning him to oppose President Biden for the 2024 Democratic nomination.

So, in a word…Hallelujah!

The son of Robert Kennedy and nephew of JFK is an outspoken critic of the Neocon foreign policy agenda.

In addition, he’s well known for his activism against vaccinations…particularly Covid-19.

Kennedy’s book, “The Real Anthony Fauci,” accused Fauci of leading an “historic coup d’état against Western democracy.”

And although he’s not officially announced his candidacy, Kennedy said:

“My top priority [would] be to end the corrupt merger between state and corporate power that has ruined our economy, shattered the middle class, polluted our landscapes and waters, poisoned our children, and robbed us of our values and freedoms.”

Ironically (or NOT) words like that are rarely spoken by most of today’s bought-and-paid-for Liberals.

More Good News on Good Friday

And what’s really impressive is what he recently posted on Twitter.

He blasted policies that saw the US government spend “trillions bombing roads, ports, bridges, and airports. 

At the same time, China spent the equivalent building the same across the developing world.”

He added:

“The Ukraine war is the final collapse of the Neocon’s short-lived ‘American Century.’ The Neocon projects in Iraq and Ukraine have cost $8.1 trillion, hollowed out our middle class, made a laughingstock of U.S. military power and moral authority, pushed China and Russia into an invincible alliance, destroyed the dollar as the global currency, cost millions of lives and done nothing to advance democracy or win friendships or influence.”

Hmmm!

This kind of rhetoric makes you wonder how the Deep State will react…

Many people would love to see him win and release the documents related to his uncle’s death.

However, he will most likely get the Trump Treatment from the Dems…AND the RINO’s.

But for the time being, it’s refreshing to see some opposition among the ranks of the most corrupt party in American history.

And if anyone has ever wondered if the DEEP STATE really exists, a Kennedy back on the scene should trigger (pun intended) them to raise their ugly head again.
