Welcome back to this week’s edition of the Sunday Funnies where, despite the overwhelming 24/7 coverage of the Iran war (Aka: WW3 in drag) we are going out of our way to keep from focusing on the madness in the Middle East this week.
And when the Meme World is constantly being lit up with non-stop coverage/memes (funny and not so funny) it’s hard to resist the temptation of publishing said memes.
But…and this is a Very Big Butt…these Iranian “distractions de jour/week/month” are very telling but they also serve as…wait for it…distractions of what’s going on behind the curtain.
So, before we start with the memes, we want to wish everyone a Happy Easter…whether you celebrate it or not.
Ironically (or NOT) critics of Easter often say how the holiday is twisted and no longer focuses on the Resurrection of Jesus.
Instead, it centers around a bunny with multi-colored eggs (including chocolate eggs and marshmallow peeps) and games for kids to play.
And if you are frustrated by all the mass marketing and commercialization of the holiest of all Christian Holidays, you are in luck today.
Because we discovered how certain Biblical historians revealed proof that there is a connection between Jesus and the Easter Bunny.
It may seem like we just offended a huge portion of our readership by having some fun with the Easter Theme.
But like most of our posts/memes/cartoons etc., we don’t take ourselves too seriously and aren’t offended if we hurt someone’s feelings.
So, getting back to some of this week’s highlights, besides War in Iran (“…not really a war” …according to Trump) Trump fired his Attorney General, Pam Bondi seemingly without any good reason.
And what little we know about her replacement suggests that nothing will change in the Attorney General Office.
As the saying goes: “Be Careful What You Wish For.”
Cue Up: War monger supreme and multi-talented Trump fix-it man Marco Rubio to take on new responsibilities.
Another famous woman who got fired this week included former Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem.
Ironically (or NOT) Noem’s husband of 34 years, Byron, was also exposed as a cross dresser who supposedly loved wearing gigantic fake breasts on webcam.
Kristi claims she knew nothing about her husband’s fetish…
But we question the timing of this scandal being revealed and if it had anything to do with her demise as the Special Envoy for the Shield of the Americas.
As expected, liberals are having a field day over Byron Noem’s situation.
Ironically (or NOT) it turns out that Byron Noem’s cross-dressing fetish has been ongoing for a long time…
But as is the case in most scandals, the Noem family faces many unexpected setbacks including the loss of Kristi’s career.
And that is precisely why we publish the Sunday Funnies.
You see, we use our funnies/memes/cartoons to counter the madness and frustration that accompanies Turbulent Times.
Because we have found that using memes (and the Sunday Funnies) is more effective in telling the truth than practically anything put out by the main stream Presstitutes.
Because when it is all said and done, we all need to laugh every now and then.
Why?
Laughter is good for your soul.
And it is healthy to be a bit silly…especially in the face of fear mongering, medical tyranny, and especially the Proxy War in Iran (WW3 in Drag).
It’s even more reason why we won’t apologize…especially if our Funnies just happen to hurt some Progressive/Socialist/Communist/Globalist’s feeeellwwings.
And please remember:
The Sunday Funnies are not just about our nations bizarre state of politics/finance/beliefs.
It’s about awareness of what’s happening in the world that we choose to poke fun at.
And, if our funnies/memes/cartoons/etc. provide you with a laugh or two – and/or open your eyes to some stark realities – then we consider that a victory.
So, when things tend to get a bit overwhelming, we believe it’s best to remember that Humor is Waaaayyyyy better than Hatred…which is contrary to what the world wants you to believe.
And we hope you see the Sunday Funnies as a refreshing oasis in the middle of a parched, dry, and increasingly dark world that we’re living in.
