Trump is playing the shell game (an old army game) where you have to find the ball under one of three cups.
Everyone is paying attention to the tariffs and forecasting the end of the economy.
They are NOT paying attention to the tax code.
Because if you cut the taxes, the manufacturers will return.
Ironically (or NOT) the tariffs will then protect the returning companies from unfair trade practices.
