Financials Matter

"It's Not Just About Finance"

Tomorrow in New York City

Tomorrow (11/4/25) in New York City we will likely see voters elect Zohran Mamdani as their new mayor.

Seriously, it’s mind boggling to imagine how, after 9/11, the citizens of NYC have been brainwashed into believing a man who openly says that he will put a premium on taxing white people would be their choice.

And you thought DeBlasio or former Governor Cuomo was bad for NYC?

Ironically (or NOT) this is a total 180 from the days prior to and after 9/11.

From 1993 to 2001, New Yorkers had given Republican Rudy Giuliani the reins of the largest city in the country.

He cracked down on crime, he brought back business, and he restored in New Yorkers a sense of pride for their city.

Guiliani’s successor Michael Bloomberg, continued the Giuliani legacy of posh gentility, upscale standards, and moderate liberalism.

He focused on crime reduction, prioritizing the best interests of all citizens. Bloomberg routinely rode the subway to work, proving that the stations were safe.

And now Mamdani is campaigning on the belief that his Aunt is afraid to ride the subway after 9/11.

The last NYC mayoral debate was at best, contentious.

And the only one who offered any serious solutions, instead of corruption or communism, was Curt Sliwa, the sole Republican.

Sadly, Sliwa’s chances of winning are slim to none.

And slim has already left town.

In New York City

So, based on where we see things going, consider the following:

  • Could four years of abject communism be the necessary tonic to break New Yorkers’ addiction to progressive politics?
  • Then again, does it matter if a Mamdani mayoralty means the end of New York City as we know it?
  • The fact is that the voters in New York City deserve to vote for whoever they want, and they deserve to get what they voted for, good and hard.
  • And if the rich white liberals and the abject, self-absorbed interest groups in New York City are so determined to virtue signal themselves into destruction, then who are we to stand in their way?
  • Because, despite all the warnings from center-right pundits and media, the voters embrace the fantasy rather than a rigorous yet welcome reality.

And In Case You Missed it…Wall Street has been in the process of abandoning NYC for the last several years in favor of a warmer and friendly climate.

Henceforth, we predict…

Be on guard for market dislocations in the near future and don’t be surprised if they are a reflection of the new mayor in NYC.

Read more about the effect on the markets (HERE).

And don’t be surprised if you start seeing more women wearing hijabs like we’re seeing in London.

Share this with a friend…especially if they live in New York City.  They’ll thank YOU later.

And tell them:

We’re Not Just About Finance

But we use finance to give you hope.

“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
