Fundamentals Are Always Altered

This may come as a shock to some of you but The Powers That Be (TPTB) manipulate market fundamentals to suit their agenda.

It’s how they justify their existence.  And it’s also how they give you the illusion why they are “Masters of the Universe.”

I don’t want to mention names (Cough! Goldman Sachs. Cough!) but certain investment firms make a fortune by convincing you that a “market move” is caused by a single event.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Market movements are a result of events that are connected all around the world.  (We wrote about that regarding the crash of 1987, HERE).

How this farce works is they (certain investment firms) alter the fundamentals AFTER a move in the market.  This allows them to cover-up the lies used to entice you into buying what they want to sell.

Example:  Now that nearly everyone has been proven wrong about why the markets are ready to crash, certain investment firms are crediting the markets relentless climb to the magic of President Trump.

I’m not saying that the Trump administration hasn’t helped the markets rise.  (His tax bill has certainly helped).   But it’s only one component of a global cycle that’s simply running its course.

I’m sure Trump will gladly accept the credit for the markets move.  But you would be foolish to believe it’s only because he’s the cause of it.

The point is:  You need to stop trying to rationalize a market move by reducing it to a single event.

LISTEN to the markets…NOT THE MEDIA (or certain investment firms).
