Midterms Won’t Stop the Inevitable

Regardless of the outcome of the midterms it won’t stop the inevitable changes coming our way.

While everyone is focusing on control of Congress, Trump’s political future, and our nation’s increasingly bitter political divisions, we believe there are far more consequential events occurring.

Cue Up:  Economic events occurring from historical debt.

Neither political party created all of the debt. And neither party has a credible plan to fix it…except for raising taxes on you.

And even then, it’s mathematically impossible because we are paying $1 Trillion per year on interest alone.

Do the math.

That translates into roughly $3 Billion per day in interest.

And it doesn’t even account for the fact there is no intention (or possible way) to retire the $41 Trillion debt.

Keep in mind other factors like:

  • Energy prices are putting enormous pressure on households and businesses.

  • Wars overseas are draining resources and threatening to disrupt global markets.

  • And the government’s dependence on borrowing, spending, and currency debasement continues to undermine the foundation of American prosperity.

The cold hard reality is these problems don’t disappear when congressional control changes hands.

In fact, several of these dangerous trends appear to be converging at once.

So, do you think for a moment that the midterm results will stop the inevitable?

Hardly.

Ironically (or NOT) when economic and political calamity reaches this scale, conventional investment advice may offer little protection.

But…and this is a very VERY Big Butt…

But there is another side to this story.

History shows that periods of extreme financial turmoil can also create extraordinary opportunities of a lifetime for investors who recognize the changing landscape.

Especially for those with “Ears to Hear.”

So, what do we mean by that?

Glad you asked.

Our political and financial system could face a historic reset.

And this begs the question:

“What can you do to position your wealth before these trends reach their breaking point?”

First, you must remember, the midterm elections may determine who holds political power.

But they won’t resolve the financial problems that have been accumulating for generations.

And that is precisely why you need to think “outside the box” and not look to the Wall Street “Gurus” who bank on the fact (pun intended) that you (the 99%) need to be wrong in order for them to make fortunes.

In our upcoming November newsletter, we will reveal strategies to help you prosper AND thrive in Turbulent Times. (HERE).

And if you read our Short and Sweet Tips column in our October newsletter you already know the strategy we favor that involves the DOW being poised to make new highs (HERE).

And that’s regardless of who won the midterms.

In the meantime, tighten your seatbelt.  The ride only gets bumpier from here on into 2027.

Share this with a friend…especially if they are worried about how the midterms will affect their portfolios.  They’ll thank YOU later.

And tell them:

We’re Not Just About Finance

But we use finance to give you hope.

“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
