Welcome back to this week’s edition of the Sunday Funnies, where last week we saw some reminders of the past, current Distractions de Jour (DdJ), and a look to what to expect in the near future.
Starting with reminders of the past… rumblings of the latest “Covid” scare are circulating after being labeled “America’s Covid” which Americans should fear like the original Covid Hoax and rush to get your ‘clot shot’ before the lines get too long…and before they run out of donuts (sarc).
Ironically (or NOT) “America’s Covid” is being called a scary variant XFG with no explanation, so far, for the XFG label.
So, it appears that variants are coming back into vogue…just in time for the flu season.
It makes you wonder, where is Columbo when we need him most?
In the category of current Distractions de Jour (DdJ), Hormuz, Hurricanes, Hikes, & Hiccups In AI’s Accounting dominated the news last week.
And it appears that Hurricane Isaias (old English for Isaiah) was responsible for pouring more gasoline on the current Oil/Diesel Debacle as the damage to energy facilities in the Gulf left over 850,000 people without power.
As you would expect, local CNBC reporters gave their $0.02 cents worth while paying close attention to protecting their video equipment from the storm.
And looking to what to expect in the future, we saw Michael Dell and his wife (?) Susan meet with Trump at the White House to promote and provide an update on their $6.25 billion charitable pledge supporting the federal “Trump Accounts” children’s savings program.
The appearance drew widespread social media interest, including a torrent of online discussion surrounding Susan Dell’s appearance and a lighthearted comment from Trump joking about endorsing her for political office.
Reactions were varied.
But thanks to social media, we are able to gauge how many people visualized Susan Dell.
Flying under the radar, Congress once again proved why their favorability ratings have dropped below 10%.
At the same time, it has become more obvious why the realization of how our nation has morphed into a Uni-party confirming (what we have been saying) that there is no difference in the Democrat and Republican parties.
And that is precisely why we publish the Sunday Funnies.
You see, we use our funnies/memes/cartoons to counter the madness and frustration that accompanies Turbulent Times.
Because we have found that using memes (and the Sunday Funnies) is more effective in telling the truth than practically anything put out by the main stream Presstitutes.
Ironically (or NOT) we have found that most people don’t like to do their own research.
And that’s why we do the research and publish memes via the Sunday Funnies to hopefully expose to you the truth in a world plagued with lies.
Because when it is all said and done, we all need to laugh every now and then.
Why?
Laughter is good for your soul.
And it is healthy to be a bit silly…especially in the face of fear mongering, medical tyranny, and especially the Proxy War in Iran (WW3 in Drag).
It’s even more reason why we won’t apologize…especially if our Funnies just happen to hurt some Progressive/Socialist/Communist/Globalist’s feeeellwwings.
And please remember:
The Sunday Funnies are not just about our nations bizarre state of politics/finance/beliefs.
It’s about awareness of what’s happening in the world that we choose to poke fun at.
And, if our funnies/memes/cartoons/etc. provide you with a laugh or two – and/or open your eyes to some stark realities – then we consider that a victory.
So, when things tend to get a bit overwhelming, we believe it’s best to remember that Humor is Waaaayyyyy better than Hatred…which is contrary to what the world wants you to believe.
And we hope you see the Sunday Funnies as a refreshing oasis in the middle of a parched, dry, and increasingly dark world that we’re living in.
As always, we remind you: As difficult as things might appear, Evil Always Overplays its Hand…And Righteousness Prevails.
And if you are wondering why you are starting to see things from a whole new perspective, just remember, if you’re not delighted with being alive consider that you may be thinking and doing something wrong.
