In Case You Missed it… Trump said (in a Sunday morning Fox News Interview) he would probably be open to meet the Iranian president.
He also repeated his familiar “very big things are coming” blather, which has yet to amount to any meaningful progress in Netanyahu’s war with Iran.
And in the same breath Trump threatened Iran saying:
“My question is, if and when do I blow the entire nation up? They better behave.”
WOW! What a big brave childlike statement.
And we’re still trying to figure out how this provides the perfect setting for a constructive meeting.
In Trump’s mind, there seems to be three options on the table, or as he put it–“to obliterate Iran, letting it rot economically or reach a deal.”
Iran has meanwhile over the weekend once again warned US allies in the region that they’ll be considered “complicit” if the US resumes it military assault on the Islamic Republic.
The Iranian military HQ stated that “any mistakes will result in painful attacks.”
So, Who Do You Believe?
One thing we know for sure is how Iranian officials have consistently said they are disinterested in renewed negotiations “Until Iran’s conditions are met.”
But the Trump regime has said it’s unclear precisely what those conditions are.
Ironically (or NOT) the Iranians have laid out exactly what their demands are, several times.
And even if Trump would “Probably be Open to Meet” the Iranian president, we’re not hearing anything about Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, wanting to meet with Trump.
Open to Meet?
This is like a broken record.
Because Trump claims to have talks with everyone and the whole world is lined up to be bestowed with his omnipotence…so he thinks.

He claimed to make a trade deal with Xi. Xi said, No he didn’t.

He claims he arranged a ceasefire with Modi. Modi said, No, he didn’t.

He claims Putin called him a genius. Putin said, No, he didn’t.

He also claims Iran is begging him for a deal. Iran has repeatedly said, No, they are not.

And now he claims he has talked with the Houthi tribes…Where did he do that? In some freakin’ cave in the desert mountains?
Meanwhile, the imminent doom of diesel disaster is screaming in the face of the global economy.
And Trump is still blabbering about blowing Iran off the map.
So, if you were Iran, and know you can bring the world to its knees, would you be open to these types of threats?
Add in the fact that the Houthis have not fully “seized” the Red Sea or completely cut off Saudi Arabia.
However, they have significantly escalated their control over a critical chokepoint, severely disrupting Saudi maritime traffic.
The impact of this will be substantial for the Saudis.

Tighten your seatbelt and hope the markets don’t puke during this roller coaster ride.
