In Case You Missed it…CIA director John Ratcliffe visited Moscow on August 25, 2026.
And although he didn’t meet directly with Putin, he met with Russian intelligence counterparts, including Aleksandr Bortnikov, the head of Russia’s FSB service.
Unfortunately, because of the multiple Distractions de Jour, critical events like this are often overlooked and/or ignored by the Presstitutes.
But today we have our favorite Russian transplant, Boris FulofCrap, weighing in with his $50 rubles worth on the significance of our CIA director making an emergency visit to Moscow.
So, take it away, Boris.

As usual, James, Boris has many questions over activities involving America and Russia.
Especially when you hear CIA director Ratcliffe visiting Russian intelligence in Moscow.
Boris is not surprised that U.S. secret urgent unannounced trip to Kremlin make Trump ask Ukraine to pause drone and missile strikes near Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Little pimp Zelenskyy is stupid, but not stupid enough to attack with CIA chief visiting.
But what surprise Boris most is not the message but the messenger CIA.
And when President sends CIA Director directly to Moscow, history tells Boris that something far more serious may be taking place behind curtains.
Before Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022, Boris remembers how dementia President Biden sent CIA top man William Burns because American intelligence had detected Russian preparations for war.
Burns told media that Dementia President sent him to Moscow specifically to spell out what Washington knew about Putin’s plans…and warn of consequence.
But his warning failed.
Russia came to rescue of Russians in Donbas on February 24, 2022, after American Neocons set it in motion.
Boris pleads everyone pay attentions here.
Because Burns said he left Moscow more troubled than when he arrived.
Americans do not understand how Russians think. But most Russians know how Russian secret service think.
And is important because intelligence agencies operate differently from normal diplomat channels.
So, Boris warns when governments begin using intelligence chiefs as direct messengers between heads of state, it most means traditional diplomatic channels are either inadequate or the message is too sensitive to trust to normal diplomacy.
And just other day (after Trump announce more severe bombings will take place in Iran) Trump said there will be de-escalation until Mid-term elections.
Why did he change minds?
Boris believes two big reasons.
One…not enough weapons in US Arsenal.
Two…real danger of escalation.
Beginning a Russia-Ukraine confrontation became geopolitical struggle involving NATO, weapons, sanctions, intelligence, energy infrastructure, frozen Russian assets, drones, and more sophisticated long-range weapons.
And most politicians underestimates problems.
Instead, they listen to Neocons who assume they always win virtually instantly, like Trump fights Netanyahu war with Iran.
Wars grow because Mr. Isaac Newton says: every action creates a reaction.
One side escalates to gain leverage. Other side responds because failing to respond appears weak.
Each government then blames the other side caused the escalation.
Is how local wars historically become regional wars…and maybe World War.
Presidents have many peoples capable of delivering diplomatic message.
He can use the secretary of state, national security adviser, ambassador, special envoy, or even communicate directly with the foreign leader.
But sending the CIA director carries total different implication.
It tells the other side that they have intelligence about what they are planning.
We don’t know what Washington knows.
But Boris wagers that NATO may use false flag to pull Russia into attacking NATO country.
This makes little pimp’s argument for NATO to join Ukraine and attack Russia.
Boris hopes Trump gets the hell out of NATO before they start WW3.

We hope you are wrong but believe you are probably right as you have been many times in the past.
And we remind everyone that Capital has no political ideology.
It simply looks for survival.
And a war in Europe will send capital fleeing to America.
Because if international capital begins to perceive Europe as moving toward a broader confrontation with Russia, money will seek safety elsewhere…long before governments admit the risk has changed.
Right now, capital is contracting back to Russia and China.
