You know things really have hit an extreme when a TV commercial, like the one during the recent Democratic debate, was the star of the debate.
Ronald Prescott Reagan — son of the late, great President Ronald Reagan — actually said, “I’m a lifelong atheist, I’m not afraid of burning in hell.”
Wait! What?
It appears that Ronnie was pitching for the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) in a pathetic effort to inform everyone that secularism was part of our Founding Father’s plan for America’s government.
He went on to say that those who say differently are, well — uninformed.
Ironically (or NOT) it’s similar to LeBron James gaffe this week describing Houston Rockets “Uninformed” GM Daryl Morey’s tweet showing public support for Hong Kong citizens.
It kinda makes you wonder if LeBron’s not afraid of “burning in hell.”
But I digress.
What amazes me is how suitable it seems, that a platform like the Democrat Debate, would feature support from an atheist-linked organization.
Wow!
Nothing like showing us your true colors on prime-time TV.
You Truly Can’t Make This Stuff Up!
Maybe it’s a new twist on the Impeach Trump bandwagon that’s rapidly losing traction.
Or maybe these fools believe that by mocking God and disdaining hell they’ll somehow increase their voter base.
Or maybe by attempting to rewrite U.S. history (making it seem like the founding fathers were devoid of religion, faith, and belief in God and that they wanted the rest of us to be that way too) it would give them credibility.
Credibility?
LMAO!
Again, this is another clue as to how the loss of confidence in government accelerates going into 2020, The Year of Chaos.
