When you hear the phrase: “I’ve got good news and bad news for you,” why do most people say “Gimme the bad news first?”
I don’t believe we’re hardwired to want bad news. However, we’ve been programmed (via constant negative media exposure) to accept bad news as normal.
That ain’t normal.
In fact, it’s abnormal and destructive by nature.
To fully understand this all you need to do is take your own survey of what you allow into your brain every day (via TV, Social Media, radio, etc.).
If you accept everything you see as normal, then you might just have a problem.
Ask yourself this question: Why did you open this email?
Was it to see good news or bad news?
You might say something like, “Well, it’s just human nature to focus on the bad news.”
I can’t agree with you on that because if I did then we’d both be wrong.
Ultimately, we reap what we sow.
And if we accept bad news as normal, we subconsciously give it authority in our lives. Then, we’ll subconsciously sow it as part of our daily routine.
Confused yet?
Let me point out that the vast majority of financial news is negative. The boyz in the “Club” do this to distract and confuse you allowing them to continue to pick your pockets.
It’s extremely profitable for them.
So, the bad news is…the bad news ain’t going away.
The good news is…you don’t have to be their victim.
