GAZA…Riviera of the Middle-East

If Trump has his way, we will likely see the war-torn Gaza strip converted into the Riviera of the Middle-East.

This should come as no surprise to anyone who realizes Trump became a billionaire developing real estate all over the world.

And now that the USA will be taking over the Gaza strip, Trump envisions transforming Gaza into an international economic hub for the Middle East.

This begs the question: But what about the nearly 2 Million inhabitants?

Answer:  They have been asked to leave.

Unfortunately, it is not safe to live there as it has been totally devastated.

And other Arab nations have already stated that they will not accept Palestinians.

Gee…what a surprise.

But Trump said he plans to open negotiations with the likes of Egypt, Jordan, and other nearby nations.

Ironically (or NOT) redeveloping Gaza is nothing new.

Huh?

Trump discussed plans for redeveloping portions of Palestine in his 2020 peace plan, backed by his Jewish son-in-law and real estate developer Jared Kushner.

Riviera of Middle-East and More…

In addition to being the Rivera of the Middle-East, there are other plans to develop the Ben Gurion Canal Project, as indicated by the declassified documents.

This would create an Israeli Canal to rival the Suez.

But another problem developing Gaza (according to the declassified documents) is how it is likely the Arab countries surrounding Israel would object strongly to the construction of such a canal.

So, this confirms the US intelligence has been looking to claim Gaza for some time now.

It certainly did not begin with Trump.

Another problem is that Gaza must be annexed before it can be redeveloped.

And Saudi Arabia came out and said it will not establish relations with Israel without the presence of a Palestinian state.

Translation:  It won’t happen anytime soon.

But, real estate developers around the world are salivating at the thought of beachfront homes built upon demolished land.

It is what real estate developers do.

As a result, you can bet there are now plans to turn this strip of land into the next Dubai.

Who knows?

This may be an important piece of the puzzle in bringing peace to the Middle-East (pun intended).

And if there is peace, then what’s going to happen to all the defense stocks that we warned you about in yesterday’s email DOGE Does Defense Department (HERE).

Learn what companies will benefit (and lose) at the prospects of peace in the Middle-East AND Ukraine in our upcoming February edition of Simplifying Wall Street…In Plain English” (HERE).

Share this with a friend…especially if they would love to get in on the ground floor of the Rivera of the Middle-East.  They’ll thank YOU later.
