Problems…Regardless of Who Wins Midterms

Conservatives are calling for a “Red Wave” on November 8^th.  But we foresee problems Regardless of who wins the midterms.

“But, But, James when the Republicans take back the House and Senate, we’ll turn the country around.”

Not so fast.

You cannot assume both houses of Congress will revert back to the Republicans.

But the most likely scenario will be the Democrats losing the House and keeping the Senate.

At least that’s what the markets have been saying recently.

Huh?

Let me explain.

But first let me say that regardless of the outcome neither side will accept the results.

Both parties will accuse the other of rigging the elections and/or scream bloody murder about voter fraud.

And based on the O’Biden Administrations’ performance so far, it’s hard to see how the Democrats could win anything.

But let’s face it, the Republicans haven’t shown any backbone when contesting the prior election.

As a result, this will devolve into increased civil unrest going into 2023 and beyond.

Regardless of Who Wins

Let’s go back to what the markets are saying.

And, keep in mind – regardless of what you want to believe – the markets are always right.

September was one of the worst months in history for the markets.

Ironically (or NOT) October was one of the best.

Why?

1. The markets don’t like uncertainty.
2. And the markets don’t like radical political swings.

Consequently, September was (falling) pricing in uncertainty while October was predicting a balanced victory between the House and Senate.

But…and this is a Very VERY Big Butt…

Neither side will be happy with the results regardless of who wins.

And that’s when the fighting intensifies.

In the meantime, the markets continue to keep most investors off balance with distractions like Elon Musk with Twitter and/or Paul Pelosi getting hammered (LOL!).

It’s how they get you to zig while they zag.

And it’s also how they make fortunes at your expense.

Because the Boyz need the 99% to be wrong while they pick your pockets.

Don’t be their victim.

Instead, learn how to fight back while also learning how to Prosper AND Thrive in Turbulent Times (HERE).
