Jesus, Take the Wheel…

Have you ever been to a point in your life when you felt like saying “Jesus, take the wheel?”

If you’ve never felt that way than you’re probably not human.

Because life has a way of throwing curve balls at you…trying to get you to strike out.

But if you have felt that way then you were probably in a situation where it was difficult impossible to process all that was happening around you.

The good news is – for those who are believers – when you submit your feelings to a Higher Authority * – in my case, Jesus – you should expect to see amazing results.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Right now you may be thinking “What does this have to do with investing?”

But stay with me.

Because for far too many people, money is their God.

Take the Wheel

And when unexpected events happen – that can have devastating effects on your money – is when you’ll want to cry out, “Jesus take the wheel.”

Ironically (or NOT) the two major driving forces in the markets are FEAR and GREED.

But while you can’t control the markets, you can control how fear and greed affects you.

And the best way to control the F&G is to prepare for them well in advance.

Huh?

It’s the same principle as preparing your everyday life for the unexpected events that take you by surprise.

And it’s so simple to do that you have to have someone help you misunderstand it.

Are you ready for it?

Don’t violate the laws of nature AND the laws of faith.

Example:  If you violate the law of gravity by jumping off a 10-story building you will die.

Rest assured Fear and Greed will sneak up on you like a thief in the night.

And in the Political Chaos of 2023 we’ll see a lot of both.

But when you understand the laws that govern them you won’t have to cry out, “Jesus take the wheel.”
