Is Trump Re-Tooling for the Next Chapter?

Today there’s an increasing number of evangelists who liken Trump to Cyrus the Great – the ungodly king of Persia/Iran – who was prompted by God to let the Jews to return and rebuild their temple in Jerusalem.

From the book of Daniel Chapter 10:1 (NLT)

10 In the third year of the reign of King Cyrus of Persia,^[a] Daniel (also known as Belteshazzar) had another vision. He understood that the vision concerned events certain to happen in the future—times of war and great hardship.

Okay, so what’s that supposed to mean regarding Trump?

Well, ironically (or NOT) January 20, 2020 began the third year of Trump’s reign as president.  And, like Cyrus, he’s been facing times of war and great hardship.

I know it seems like ages ago, but do you remember how on January 30, we were on the verge of war with Iran after they “accidentally shot down” a Ukrainian passenger jet?

Since then it’s safe to say that our nation – and especially Trump – is facing times of war and great hardship.

Coincidence?

I think not…And maybe the holy rollers are onto something here with advent of Trump starting his third year of reign.

If you study the Bible (which most people won’t) it’s easy to draw more parallels between the reign of Cyrus and what’s happening in America today.

The spirit of politically correct Anti-Christ has been shaken to it’s core by today’s modern-day Cyrus.

The question remains:  Is Trump Re-Tooling for the Next Chapter?
