Goodbye Religious Freedom Hello Equality Act

Transparency in the O’Biden/Hologram administration is dead.  And the most recent example is the re-introduction of the “so-called” Equality Act [H.R. 5 2021]

This bill is the most aggressive restriction of religious freedom AND speech ever attempted in our nation.

Two years ago, Nancy Pelosi’s “so-called” Equality Act failed to pass because of a Republican controlled Senate.

Today the Senate is under Democrat control.

As a result, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer is trying to pull a fast one by declaring “Rule 14” on the Equality Act.

This measure bypasses all committees and sends the dangerous Equality Act straight to the Senate floor. Senators can vote on this bill at any moment!

Equality or Inequality Act?

They should call this the “Inequality Act.”

Why?

Because it’s trying to force nearly 98% of the American population into submission to a lifestyle that’s offensive to most.

This “so-called” Equality Act would make it illegal to prevent a man (who wants to identify as a woman) from doing anything he wants to do.

Let that sink in for a moment.

Look at some of the crazy provisions in this bill:

• Biological men will have the “right” to use women’s bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms—even in schools.
• Churches will be forced to provide equal access to LGBTQ ceremonies if the facilities are open to natural marriage ceremonies.
• Churches and religious schools would:
  1. Be Forced to hire staff involved in LGBTQ conduct
  2. Give men access to restrooms, locker rooms, showers, and sports
  3. Allow boys to bunk with girls on camping and overnight trips
  4. And provide insurance to cover hormones, mutilating surgeries, and chemical and surgical abortions.
• Noncompliant churches and schools will lose federal, state, and local tax exemptions and accreditations.
• From pre-K, children:
  1. Will be taught that they can choose their gender
  2. Will be encouraged to experiment with each other to find their “identities”
  3. And will be able to demand opposite, both, and neither sex pronouns (he for a girl, zie for neither, mx for both).
• Pregnancy centers will be forced to provide abortion referrals.
