Gag Order, Prison or Contempt for Trump

 

The corruption in the New York Justice department is out of control as they seek to jail Trump for contempt.

 

New York Justice Juan Merchan warned Trump on Monday that jail remains “truly a last resort” but threatened to put him in prison based on Contempt of Court.

 

Unfortunately, by now the entire world knows how this is a political trial in a very corrupt kangaroo court.

 

And, more importantly, it is destroying the image of liberty and justice for all. This has undermined the integrity of the United States.

 

All you need to do is look back at how many politicians have had affairs and you will see that NONE were ever charged criminally.

 

Bill Clinton even committed perjury.

But nobody demanded he be thrown in prison.

And no one has said squat about how Clinton paid $850,000 in hush money to Paula Jones, WHILE HE WAS PRESIDENT.

 

 

 

The reason the creepy judge Merchan wants to throw Trump in jail is because Trump was saying the jury “was picked so fast – 95 per cent Democrats.” “The area’s mostly all Democrat. You think of it as a – just a purely Democrat area. It’s a very unfair situation that I can tell you.”

 

Mechan had the audacity to respond: “Your continued violations … threaten to interfere with the administration of justice, and constitute a direct attack on the rule of law.”

 

LOL!

 

It’s soooo obvious that the rule of law no longer exists in our justice system that comments like his (Merchan) have become laughable.

 

In case you missed it there are TWO TYPES OF CONTEMPT – the first is Civil, where they pretend to order you to comply with something that they don’t like.

And because it is “CIVIL CONTEMPT,” you have zero constitutional rights, and that includes the absolute tyranny of the judge being the prosecutor, judge, and jury.

 

Ironically (or NOT) that is the very essence of tyranny.

 

The second is a GAG ORDER which is totally different than Civil Contempt.

 

What is happening against Trump is criminal and Trump is entitled to a trial by jury…Not Tyrannical decrees by a Judge.

 

 

Prison for Trump?

 

 

Once again this proves how our judicial system is out of control and that the Boyz will do anything to try and stop Trump from being president.

 

So, what does this have to do with the markets?

 

On the surface, nothing.

But looking below the surface we see the rising civil unrest that will most likely break out in chaos in New York as we get closer to the election.

 

In the meantime, the markets keep chugging along.

 

And the smart money is moving to safety as the Loss of Confidence in Government is increasing.
