When it comes to being a Laughing Stock, former pastor and current Representative Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.) set the tone for 2021.
With great pomp and circumstance, Cleaver opened the 117th session of Congress on Sunday by giving an official prayer ending with “Amen and A-Woman.”
Wait! WHAT?
Here’s the actual quote:
“We ask it in the name of the monotheistic god, Brahma, and god known by many names by many different faiths,” Cleaver concluded.
“Amen. … and A-woman.”
LOL!
It was truly a virtue-signaling attempt to appear inclusive.
Laughing Stock for Democrats
Not only did this – alleged Methodist pastor for over 37 years – make a mockery of Christianity, he revealed how stupid he really is.
His use of “A-woman” proves how shallow (and stupid) much of the Democrats’ pandering in the name of “inclusivity” really is.
If he were to be truly inclusive, maybe Cleaver should change his name to A-Womanuel Cleaver.
What’s next?
So, will we be forced into being so inclusive as to use words like “wo-menstruating?”
Or maybe Cleaver is lobbying to get the menu in the House lunchroom to feature Noodle Specialties like Ra-men and Ra-Women noodles.
Perhaps Cleaver will realize his mistake and admit that “amen” is not some deep symbol of the oppressive white patriarchy.
On second thought…. NNAAAAAHHHH!
He’s simply writing stupid prayers/speeches to conform to the Big Brother/Agenda 2030 crowd.
Ironically (or NOT), he’s representative of the entire party’s lean towards Marxism/Socialism/Feudalism.
The sad news, this is more evidence how Democrats have championed Marxist critical race theory.
It teaches that hidden racism permeates all of American society. And, if America’s institutions are colorblind, they must be racist in some hidden, mysterious way.
Biblical Prophecy in 2021?
This incident reminds me of a prophetic story from the Book of Daniel.
It’s a story that tells how Babylonian King Belshazzar held a great feast. He drank from the vessels (cups) that were looted in the destruction of the First Temple.
A sacrilege on his part.
Unfortunately for the King, a disembodied hand appears and writes on the wall: “Mene, Mene, Tekel Parsin.” This is where we get the phrase, The Writing on the Wall.)
After the King freaks out, he calls Daniel in to interpret the message.
Daniel says: “Mene: God has numbered the days of your reign and brought it to an end. Tekel: You have been weighed on the scales and found wanting. Peres: Your kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians.”
Could this be the Democrats Mene, Mene, Tekel, Parsin moment?
