Beware This January 6th

Next week will mark the 4^th anniversary of the January 6^th demonstrations that were conveniently labeled an insurrection.

 

We all know the story by now.

 

But that is not what we are warning you about.

 

January 6^th is also the official day when the Presidential election is certified.

And the certification is to be performed by the current Vice-President, Kamalama Harris.

 

Oh, the irony!

Especially when you consider that Kamalama isn’t the only one losing sleep over a Trump Administration.

 

 

 

 

But what if she doesn’t certify the election?

 

Wait! WHAT?

 

That would definitely be problematic for America.

Because what is being whispered in the District of Caligula is that now some Democrats are saying that Pence was wrong and he should not have certified the 2020 election.

 

And some now argue that Kamala should NOT certify the count because Trump is disqualified under the 14th Amendment.

 

Adding gasoline to this fire, we have RINOs in Congress seeking to create a battle over the speaker of the house.

 

It gets worse.

 

If there is a drawn-out fight where Congress cannot elect a speaker, and nobody is sworn in, they then cannot certify the election.

And if Trump can’t be certified on January 6th, then if he can’t take office on January 20th.

 

Without a speaker, they cannot complete this process.

 

Ironically (or NOT) this leaves the door wide open for the Democrats to defy the national vote.

 

And you thought it was going to be simple?

January 6^th

 

 

So, at the very least, on January 6^th we may have a constitutional crisis unfolding on the Senate Floor.

 

Ironically (or NOT) he last time there was a brawl on the floor of Congress was February 15th, 1798.

 

 

 

 

And if there is a brawl, you can rest assured the markets will give new meaning to the term “Volatility.”

 

Think it can’t happen?

 

Think Again.

 

But don’t panic.

Because, volatility creates opportunity…for those with ears to hear.
